| Painted Stainless Steel Series Propellers |
These propellers are designed as excellent general purpose propellers. Their stainless steel construction allows for a blade that is thinner, more efficient, and more durable than an aluminum propeller. The painted blades both reduce the cost and provide better corrosion protection, particularly in saltwater. Available in both standard rotation and left-hand rotation for twin-engine applications. Note: propeller part numbers beginning with 61A are recommended for 250 ~ 300hp outboards.
NOTE: It is generally best to pick the lowest pitch propeller that produces engine speeds near the maximum engine speed range shown in your Owner's Manual. More accurate information for a particular boat may often be obtained from the boat manufacturer directly or by visiting the Yamaha web site at www.yamaha-motor.com and checking out the Performance Bulletin section. On-water testing using the exact boat and average load and water conditions is best.
