Voucher benefit is a 12-month Yamaha Extended Service Contract (Y.E.S.) at no extra cost to the consumer for purchase of an eligible outboard (choice offered to Florida residents is a 12-month Yamaha Limited Warranty). To be eligible for this limited availability serialized voucher offer, the voucher holder and the purchasing consumer as defined on the voucher itself, must be the same person, eighteen (18) years old or older, must be a resident of the U.S.A., and must purchase, warranty register and take delivery of an eligible new (unused, not previously warranty registered) Yamaha V MAX SHO® outboard from an authorized participating Yamaha outboard dealer in the U.S.A. on or before the voucher expiration date as defined on the voucher itself. In addition, the dealer must have successfully completed a Pre Delivery Inspection of the outboard and warranty registered the outboard on the YMBS system prior to voucher expiration date, in compliance with Yamaha’s Voucher and warranty registration terms and conditions. To submit voucher for benefit consideration, purchasing consumer must complete all voucher information fully, accurately and legibly, and deliver voucher to Yamaha at the address listed on the voucher no later than thirty (30) days after the voucher expiration date defined on the voucher, itself. Any voucher delivered to Yamaha incomplete, not legible or for any reason more than thirty (30) days after the expiration date on the voucher will be null and void and have no value. Voucher is not assignable, transferable or redeemable for cash. No substitutions or rain checks. Voucher will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
