Yamaha Outdoors was on hand at this year’s Shooting Hunting and Outdoor Trade (SHOT) Show at the Sands Expo & Convention Center January 19-22.  The SHOT Show is the world’s largest annual gathering of the outdoor industry with more than 58,000 people in attendance this year.

Yamaha, the leading motorsports company in the outdoors industry, exhibited a number of ATV and Side-by-Side (SxS) vehicles and promoted many of its outdoors-related activities.  Yamaha displayed a number of ATVs from its Grizzly line, including the newest edition, the Grizzly 550 FI with Electric Power Steering.  The Rhino 700 FI SxS was also on display for attendees to see.

In addition to its off-road products, Yamaha helped to promote an onsite raffle in support of the Honored American Veterans Afield (HAVA) organization.  The raffle, which will continue through the NRA Convention in May, features a Grizzly 550 FI with an assortment of Surefire products as its grand prize.  All funds raised in the raffle go to support HAVA and its efforts in supporting American Veterans.

Yamaha also helped OHV partner TreadLightly! promote its new Respected Access Campaign, a series of print public service announcements (PSAs) encouraging all outdoorsmen and women to act responsibly when using our public lands.  Yamaha sponsors the campaign with funding from the Yamaha OHV Access Initiative.
