  • Yamaha must receive results within 45 days of event or November 30, 2005, whichever comes first, in order for contingency to be paid.
  • Riders who have not turned in a 2005 Contingency Form by October 31, 2005, will not be eligible for contingency earned in 2005.
  • Only 2004 and newer U.S. model YZF-R6 and YZF-R1's purchased in the United States are
  • YZF-R6's will be eligible for contingency in 600cc classes only, not in Open classes.
  • All winners will be paid by check after Yamaha receives confirmation of results by the promoter.
  • The correct "Tuning Fork YAMAHA" logo must be prominently displayed on all machines to be eligible. Logo's are available from event promoters.
  • YZF-R1's and YZF-R6's must maintain standard bodywork appearance to be eligible.
  • Must have a valid U.S. social security number to be eligible.
