Rims are extruded from a proprietary 7050 series alloy then rolled to a coil and electro-fused and machined for a consistent round shape and tire bead match. Hubs employ tight tolerances to ensure perfect concentricity. Drilling angles in the hub and rim are perfectly matched to the spoke bend angles. Wheel spacers are totally sealed and captive, preventing elements that can cause premature wear from entering the hub. Two cross lacing patterns for optimum resilience and strength. Ultra-high grade ABEC 3 bearings are within a .0001 tolerance, which means no drag. Chevron waterproof, non-fling, 80% load pack grease. Black E.D. (Electronically Dispersed) finish spokes won’t flake or rub off. Spokes are forged and utilize a Nylock® anti-seize treatment. Nipple will not back out of the rim due to vibration. 100mm x 100mm front flanges and 120mm x 100mm rear flanges. 2.15” rear rim width. |
