Yamaha is proud to announce the return of Yamaha of Troy's solid line up of East and West YZ125 and YZ250F riders to the house of blue in 2005.

Yamaha of Troy, led by Dave Osterman, winner of the 2004 Team Manager of the Year award, will roll
out a four-man team of 125 Championship contenders. Kelly Smith will be competing in the 125 East Supercross rounds, where he'll be joined by teammate Brock Sellards. Both will race the industry-leading Yamaha YZ250F four-stroke while battling for titles in the Supercross and National series.

Newcomer Brett Metcalf hopes to follow his Aussie countryman, Chad Reed, to Supercross glory on
American soil. He'll be deploying the all-new aluminum frame YZ125 two-stroke as his weapon of choice while campaigning the 125 West SX and 125 National Championship series. Danny Smith returns to YOT and will race the same two series aboard the YZ250F thumper..
