THE MOST FORWARD-THINKING SUSPENSIONS IN THE BUSINESS.
Yamaha uses the most advanced technology available to develop a full spectrum of suspension systems. Every sled has its unique comfort and handling requirements because each kind of rider has his own particular needs. The hardcore rough trail rider doesn’t want the same suspension as the groomed trail, high-mileage rider. To best meet your exact needs, Yamaha engineers developed very different and very specific suspension designs. The easy-adjusting Mono Shock suspension family gives you a smooth, supple ride that makes stutter bumps virtually disappear. It absorbs trail bumps and lets you keep riding all day long. Rough trail riders have a different vision of quality suspension systems. They prefer sleds to interact and react to the rough conditions. The Dual Shock torsion spring suspensions are engineered to meet the big-bump handling needs of the hardcore rough trail enthusiast. Similarly, the mountain rider has very unique and specific needs for his suspension. Yamaha’s ProMountain skid is designed to get the sled up on top of the snow quickly. But it’s also built to soak up the bombed-out trails that lead up to the play areas. With specific suspension directions meeting specific riding expectations, Yamaha is leading the way in comfort and handling. However you define snowmobiling fun, Yamaha has a suspension for you.

FRESH OFF THE TRACK.
The race-proven Dual Shock Pro rear suspension is the culmination of four years of development, testing, racing and redevelopment to produce the ultimate big-bump rear suspension. Stacked with a pair of 40mm remote reservoir shocks with dual clickers, and tough 16mm rods, the FX Nytro RTX’s rear suspension is engineered to handle the deepest pits and biggest moguls you’ll find in the ditches and trails.
