Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A. and its employees have contributed a total of $32,862 in financial support to the American Red Cross for disaster relief and recovery efforts befitting victims of the recent Southern California Wildfires.

Yamaha’s contribution to the Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund includes $30,000 from the company, with the remainder coming from employees across the U.S.

In addition to these monetary contributions, Yamaha is coordinating with its finance providers to assist customers residing in Southern California who have been impacted by the fires and who financed products on Yamaha credit card accounts or installment loans prior to the fires, to potentially waive late fees or defer payments, depending upon the circumstances of each individual customer.

With its U.S. headquarters in Cypress, California, Yamaha Motor has seen the widespread impact and devastation caused by these wildfires.  Yamaha wishes to commend the firefighters, law enforcement officers and other emergency service providers, as well as the countless aid workers and volunteers, for their tireless efforts and contributions.
