Kit contains a non-alcohol-based, dirt-grabbing, water resistant, super-tacky filter oil and heavy-duty, concentrated detergent, specifically developed to clean foam air filters. This Air Filter Oil can only be washed out with the Biodegradable Foam Air Filter Cleaner and water. It won't wash out with gasoline, solvents or water alone.
