Refill of the non-alcohol-based, dirt-grabbing, water resistant, super-tacky filter oil for foam air filters. This Air Filter Oil can only be washed out with the Biodegradable Foam Air Filter Cleaner and water. It won't wash out with gasoline, solvents or water alone.
